The mhp publishing house, who is closely cooperating with the leading national and international scientific societies, has been a specialist for publications and database supported services in the field of hygiene for more than 25 years.

It is our goal and our ambition to be a partner for all those engaged in the management and practice of infection control measures designed to protect patients, personnel and the environment.

Our journal Hygiene + Medizin - Infection Control and Healthcare has become a standard reference for infection control experts in the German speaking countries.

Our bilingual (German/English) periodical Zentralsterilisation - Central Service, which has been published for 15 years now, has become an acknowledged source of information for the international scientific community. Since 2005, selected articles are published in a French language supplement (Stérilisation centrale) three times a year.

In February 2007 the Journal Woundmanagment (published in German only) was lauched at mhp. This journal serves as an independent platform for all those who are involved in the prevention and treatment of chronic wounds. The journal will contain letters and concise communications on practical issues as well as scientific articles and reports on wound management and health economics.

In addition to the three journals, numerous books on hygiene, sterilisation and wound healing are published at mhp.

The high quality and topicality of our publications is ensured by continuous, close cooperation with the leading national and international scientific societies and associations as well as researchers, practitioners and nurses of various medical specialities.
